One Chicago is a skyscraper located in River North with over 200 residential units, a Whole Foods, and Life Time's flagship location. The building is 971ft and one of the tallest buildings in Chicago. JDL developed and continues to oversee operations of the property alongside Lincoln Property Company. Genius has been the digital marketing agency of record on the project since late 2020.
One Chicago was one of the largest multifamily projects we'd worked on by the time we began. Our objective was to fully stabilize the property within 18 months.
