Leasing a restored, century-old bank building in downtown Hammond, Indiana, from first tour to full occupancy.
A century-old bank, reborn as apartments, needed renters to discover downtown Hammond.
The Banc is a restored, roughly 100-year-old building in downtown Hammond with studios through two-bedrooms and more than 5,000 square feet of lounge and co-working space in the original grand banking hall. It sits near the South Shore Line, so the right renters could come from well beyond Hammond.
Full scope: strategy, website, every channel and the tour calendar.
The Banc reached full occupancy in October 2025.
With the building stabilized, the work has shifted from lease-up to keeping it full at a lower cost.
